Privacy policy for Inkforge OS website and platform operations.
Last updated: May 6, 2026. This starter policy is written for soft launch and should be reviewed before full public launch, because lawyers remain the final boss nobody asked for.
1. Information collected
Inkforge OS may collect account information, studio details, contact submissions, support requests, waitlist or pilot form submissions, usage information, device/browser information, and other information voluntarily provided through site forms or the application.
2. Platform and studio records
When used by a studio, Inkforge OS may help manage studio information, staff information, client information entered by studios, appointments, intake and consent records, transaction and receipt details, media references, compliance documents, and support records.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to operate the service, respond to support requests, manage waitlist and pilot communications, provide onboarding, maintain account access, deliver intake/check-in links, support receipts and aftercare, improve platform functionality, and support security and compliance operations.
4. SMS/Text messaging
If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Inkforge OS, we may use your phone number to send account setup messages, staff setup links, appointment confirmations, reminders, intake/check-in links, aftercare links, receipts, pilot access updates, and support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Inkforge OS does not sell or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed through hosting, authentication, analytics, messaging, support, payment, or infrastructure providers as needed to operate the site and platform. Service providers are used to operate Inkforge OS and are not permitted to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing.
6. Security
Inkforge OS uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, studio scoping, audit-friendly records, and secure operational practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security, because the internet is basically a haunted shed with fiber optic cables.
7. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to contact@inkforgeos.com.
