Terms structure for soft launch, waitlist, tiers, and platform access.
Last updated: May 6, 2026. These starter terms should be reviewed before full public launch, because improvising legal terms is how software companies end up screaming into a binder.
1. Access to the service
Use of Inkforge OS is subject to product availability, account approval, subscription status, lawful use, and compliance with applicable laws, studio policies, and platform rules.
2. Soft launch access
Soft launch access may include beta, pilot, or limited-release features. Some features may change, be unavailable, or be marked as coming soon. Pilot users may be asked to provide feedback, report bugs, and work with Inkforge OS during onboarding and testing.
3. Studio responsibility
Studios are responsible for their own business practices, legal requirements, professional compliance, client communication, pricing, taxes, consent forms, and recordkeeping obligations. Inkforge OS helps organize workflows but does not replace legal, tax, medical, or professional advice.
4. SMS/Text messaging terms
By opting in to SMS/text messages from Inkforge OS, you agree to receive transactional and service-related text messages related to your account, pilot access, appointments, intake forms, reminders, aftercare, receipts, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not required to use Inkforge OS.
5. Account responsibility
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, following access policies, ensuring lawful handling of client and studio records, and using the platform in accordance with professional and legal obligations.
6. Third-party services
Inkforge OS may connect with third-party services such as email, messaging, payment, hosting, analytics, or support providers. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and availability.
